Kat Fahrion
Founder and Managing Member
Kat has been a practicing mediator since 2019 and has handled hundreds of domestic relations cases, helping parents create parenting plans that support their children's best interests while grappling with complex concerns such as domestic violence and mental health support. Along with her family mediation experience, she has been heavily involved in restorative justice and incarceration reform work, including leading Oregon's Offender Information and Sentence Computation unit for the Department of Corrections and working with the University of Oregon's Inside Out prison education program.
Kat received her Master's in Conflict and Dispute Resolution and Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. From assisting with developing diversion court programs to providing trainings in mediation styles and a wide-ranging mediation practice that has encompassed everything from helping parents to resolving farm strikes, she is ready and eager to bring a thoughtful approach to any mediation, coaching, or training you need to move forward today.

Lauren Asher has been a mediator and conflict resolution professional since 2015. Specializing in Workplace and Organizational Conflict, she helps clients with one-on-one conflict coaching, communication-based skills training, as well as mediation. Her goal is to set the table for important dialogue that allows for a better understanding of the issues at hand and create opportunities for a path forward.
Lauren received her Master's in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the University of Oregon School of Law and has supported everyone from individual entrepreneurs to global industry leaders. For more information:
