Polarized Disputes Workshop
2023 OMA Conference, November 4, 10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.: In a world where polarized thinking has become more and more prevalent, there are many disputes in which the people involved see no room for common ground or understanding and may even see anyone on the "other side" as evil or fundamentally wrong. Join us to explore some of the techniques and resources anyone trying to intervene in a highly polarized dispute might find useful and take a thoughtful exploration of some of the most polarized societal disputes in the US and how we might all move forward.
